Mr Khathu Sikhala

Mr Sikhala was admitted as an attorney in 2007 and served as a District Court Magistrate for five years. His experience spans Civil, Immigration and Criminal law.

He has served on the boards of two state hospitals and spent four years on the Gauteng Legal Practice Council Disciplinary Committee. He also served as a Chairperson of the Council for the Built Environment Appeals Committee.

Mr Sikhala is also a member of the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges.
